This book TOOK ME BY SURPRISE!!!
I’m not going to lie, I haven’t read many non fantasy books (besides thrillers) this year. Normal romance/dark romance just hasn’t really been hitting the spot for me, until this gripping romance fell into my hands.
The story follows London, who seeks someone’s help to get away from her abusive father and the man he sold her to…
In comes Archer, the sexy, broody hacker she’s sent to live with under his protection. What starts as a roommates/bodyguard dynamic, turns into spicy tension, secrets and threats coming at them from all angles.
The book ends on a little cliffhanger, and THANKFULLY book 2 is in the works so I can relax knowing I’ll be back in this fun, suspenseful world!
I freaking love London. She is one sassy, badass woman. And I loved every minute of her and Archer’s banter, I was laughing out loud at times.

I honestly couldn’t get enough of him. Find you a man this obsessive I dare you.
This may be an unpopular opinion, but I freaking love Seven. He’s so unhinged and hilarious, he’s a great addition to this story, I really hope we see more from him in the future…
And Leo… that last sentence…🫢 give me more I need the tea on this mystery woman.
